The Do-Re-Mi students, joined by other campers of Naa-Jee-Wah camp (a younger camp in the system of NJY sleep-away camps), are rehearsing a musical based on a famous cartoon "Bremen Town's Musicians" (USSR 1968.) A cast of 30 children consists of about half English-speaking children. Marina Goldin, the Do-Re-Mi school director, serves as a  director and piano accompanist for this play, while Katia Kardonova, Do-Re-Mi art instructor, is working at scenery and props.

Our very own pianist Nana Gray played piano at the Wine Tasting Evening organized by the Friends of Livingston Library on April 22.

7 students participated in Golden Key Piano Festival this year and earned a right to perform in prestigious concert halls in NYC: Carnegie Hall and Steinway Hall. The students are:

Laura Ackerman of Livingston
Deanna Bolislavsky of Randolph
Yana Kropotova of Basking Ridge
Benjamin Li of Livingston
Yifei Li of Livingston
Justin Wang of Livingston
Yulan Zhang of Chatham.

Congratulations to the student and their teachers, Nana...
