Make-up Lesson Request
As per school policies, we do not guarantee make-up lessons since at the registration we reserve a specific day and time for you and you are responsible for this time slot. However, if someone cancels the lesson and your teacher gets an opening, we’ll offer this time slot to you, limited to one lesson per each semester (Sept-Jan and Feb-June.) Please fill out the form, so your request would be easily accessible, stored in our records without the risk of being lost among multiple texts, calls and emails, and to avoid contacting a teacher while s/he is at the lesson or is supposed to have her personal time. From 9/01/2022, to arrange a make up, we must receive this form. To be eligible for a make-up lesson, the lesson has to be cancelled and the form submitted not less than 24 hours before that lesson. Make-up lessons cannot be further rescheduled. Each make-up has to be resolved within a semester: before 2/1/2023 and before last day of a school year accordingly.
