Weekly Schedule Change Request
Life is running and sometimes you need to change your child’s schedule. If this happened, please submit the form. It will help us to address your request and to really know your needs, to keep track of the schedule changes, and to avoid doublebooking.
A convenient schedule is being created anew at the beginning of each school year (and this is why you are charged annual administrative fee vs. one-time registration fee). RE-scheduling sometimes is as difficult as original scheduling, because we might need to reschedule multiple students. The first two times we’ll do it without additional charge, and starting with a 3rd request within the school year, a $20 rescheduling fee will be charged. If the rescheduling is done by the teacher rather than by the office, this amount will be added towards teacher’s salary.
