B.A. in Education (Odessa, Ukraine.) Eleonora Lvov has been practicing yoga for 10 years. Having studied yoga with many teachers representing different yoga traditions (Lyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, Viniyoga) she has developed an eclectic approach in her own teaching. Her classes provide a fun and challenging atmosphere to practice and include pranayama, asana, and meditation. Great interpersonal skills help her to reach out practically any student.
