I also have a nice picture of Justin playing at Carnegie Hall... We are very proud of Justin’s accomplishment this year. He seems to be taken another step and enjoys music. We just returned from his school’s spring concert where he is playing clarinet with the advanced band as well as percussion with the advanced orchestra. He couldn’t have done it without all the help & support from Ms. Genina and you.

I understand that there is two-months minimum for all lessons.

Refund/Early Withdrawal Agreement: *

Tuition is refundable in case of early withdrawal except for May and June. Withdrawal must be done in person or by e-mail and will not be accepted over the phone. All unprocessed checks, dated after the one-month notice period, will be returned. Tuition for May and June is not refundable unless the family is moving out of state.

Missed Lessons Agreement: *

I understand that no deductions or adjustments will be made for missed lessons.
